We handle full cleanouts for homes, apartments, offices, garages, basements, storage units, and commercial spaces. Whether you're preparing for a move, clearing out after tenants, or tackling years of accumulated clutter, our team does all the lifting, sorting, loading, and disposal. We remove furniture, trash, debris, electronics, old inventory, and anything else standing in your way — leaving your space clean, open, and ready for what’s next.
From seasonal cleanups to storm debris, we remove all types of yard waste so you don’t have to haul it yourself. This includes branches, brush, leaves, grass clippings, fallen trees, soil, outdoor furniture, fencing, and other outdoor debris. We load everything by hand and ensure it’s disposed of or recycled properly, restoring your yard without the hassle.
We safely remove and dispose of bulky items that are too large or heavy for regular trash pickup. This includes couches, mattresses, hot tubs, refrigerators, washers, dryers, water heaters, exercise equipment, construction debris, and more. Our team handles the heavy lifting, proper disposal, and responsible recycling whenever possible.
Have items that still have life left in them? We offer donation pickups for furniture, clothing, household goods, appliances, and other reusable items. We partner with local donation centers to ensure your items are given a second home instead of going to the landfill. It’s an easy, eco‑friendly way to clear space while giving back to the community.
While we handle most junk, debris, and bulky items, there are certain materials we legally cannot transport due to safety and environmental regulations. Prohibited items include:
Oil, gasoline, diesel, and other flammable liquids
Paint, paint thinners, varnishes, and solvents
Fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemical treatments
Car batteries, lithium batteries, and other hazardous batteries
Fluorescent light bulbs and mercury‑containing lamps
Asbestos or materials suspected to contain asbestos
Propane tanks or pressurized cylinders
Hazardous waste of any kind (industrial or household)
Medical waste, sharps, or biohazard materials
Why these items are restricted: These materials require specialized handling and disposal by licensed hazardous‑waste facilities to protect the environment and comply with state and federal regulations.
We believe customers deserve to know exactly what happens to the items we remove. J & E Disposal Co. follows responsible, environmentally conscious disposal practices throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
Landfills (for non‑recyclable waste)
Items that cannot be reused, recycled, or donated are taken to licensed Twin Cities–area landfills that follow state and federal disposal regulations. We work with facilities that prioritize safe handling and environmental compliance.
Recycling & Yard Waste Centers
Organic debris and recyclable materials are brought to local yard waste sites and recycling centers around the metro. This includes:
Branches, brush, leaves, and grass
Clean wood
Metal, cardboard, and other recyclable materials
These facilities process materials into mulch, compost, or reusable raw materials — keeping unnecessary waste out of landfills.
Donation Centers (for reusable items)
Furniture, household goods, clothing, and other items in good condition are delivered to local donation partners so they can be reused by families in need instead of being thrown away.
