The half trailer load is specialized for a variety of different items. There can be up to 200 cu ft of space taken up in the trailer for this size load. Small to large furniture items, appliances, clothing, and loose items can be stored in this space. It is best used for garage cleanouts but can be used for closets and some furniture items as well.

We will maximize the entire space of our trailer to remove as much clutter as we can at one. We will continue to take loads from the space until our trailer is completely full. This space can hold up to 400 cu ft. This is best for estate cleanouts, large appliances, large furniture, multi mattress pickup and more.

J&E offers commercial business cleaning services. We will provide staff to walk the building after hours for safety hazards and cleanliness, empty trash and recycling, clean and disinfect restrooms, wipe down equipment and high touch surfaces, vacuum carpets and mats, sweep and mop hard floors, clean entry doors and storefront glass, restock restroom and janitorial supplies.
